 At Access Psychiatry, we understand that unexpected situations arise and will review each case individually. The first late cancellation or missed appointment will be waived. After that, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments without prior notice will result in an $80 fee.

Please note that patients who miss two scheduled appointments without prior notice may have their services discontinued. To avoid interruptions in care, we ask that patients inform us ahead of time if they are unable to attend a session.
To receive our services, patients must be physically present within the state of DC or Maryland at the time of their session.
